All prices exclude VAT. A parcel is counted once, when it is first assigned to a route or a locker — redeliveries and returns are not charged again.

Pricing questions
What exactly counts as a parcel?
A physical item with its own tracking code, counted once at the moment it is first assigned to a route or reserved into a locker. Failed attempts, redeliveries, locker-to-door fallbacks and returns on the same tracking code are never counted twice.
What happens if we exceed the included volume?
Nothing stops. Additional parcels are billed at your plan's per-parcel rate on the following invoice. If you are consistently over, we will usually move you to the next tier because it works out cheaper.
Is there a charge per planner or dispatcher seat?
No. Seat-based pricing pushes operations to share logins, which breaks the audit trail. Add every planner, depot lead, driver and read-only auditor you need.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes — 30 days on Starter or Growth with a sandbox environment and up to 2,000 live parcels, with no card required. Most evaluations start with a historical replay of your own data before anything goes live.
Can we pay in a currency other than euro?
Enterprise agreements can be invoiced in PLN or SEK. Starter and Growth are euro only. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is applied according to your registration.
What does an Enterprise agreement include that Growth does not?
Chiefly: regulated-cargo workflows, custom constraint modelling for unusual fleets, a contractual uptime SLA with service credits, and a named technical account manager. Contact sales and we will scope it properly rather than guess.
